The Problem
Hillsdale Christian School in Northwest Oklahoma reached out because they had literally outgrown their website.
When it was built years ago, they were a small elementary school. Fast forward a few years and they’d expanded into a full Pre-K through 12th grade program. Even though they had expanded greatly that also came with completely outgrowing their website presence.
The problem? Their website was no longer a helpful tool for their growing numbers.

• lacked key resources for current families
• didn’t communicate that they now offered middle and high school
Parents struggled to find information, potential families didn’t see the full picture, and credibility was starting to slip.
The Plan
We started by identifying who their website really needed to serve: current parents, students, and prospective families. Then I redesigned the entire site from the ground up with a focus on:

This isn’t a “here’s your new website, good luck” situation. I’m still actively managing everything on the website because that was the plan from the start.
Each month I make sure their website has all of the necessary WordPress updates to continue operating smoothly, upload new content sent to me from the staff at the school, update yearly faculty photos and information, update athletic schedules and lunch menus. Any website changes, updates and random stuff that needs changing I do it for the school.
That way, the staff can focus on running the school, meeting with new prospective families, helping students all while their website runs smoothly.
