As a home construction business without a physical showroom, they were missing a critical piece of credibility. Potential buyers had no central place to learn about available homes, view past work, or understand the heart behind the business.

Without a website, Jubilee Homes was relying on word of mouth and third-party platforms alone. That made it harder to build visibility, control their brand story, and build trust before the first conversation.

The Plan

We started by clarifying who the website was really for. Jubilee Homes primarily serves couples searching for a home, with a thoughtful focus on women, who often lead the emotional side of the decision-making process. That insight shaped everything from layout to color choices.
From there, I designed a custom WordPress website with a focus on:
